Report on the Data Act (Committee on Industry report A9-0031/2023)

EP Position

The Committee on Industry, Research and Energy presented its report on the proposal for a regulation on harmonised rules on fair access to and use of data, with Pilar del Castillo Vera acting as rapporteur. Rapporteurs for the opinions of the JURI, LIBE and IMCO committees and numerous Members from multiple political groups also spoke during the plenary debate, and the debate was closed by the rapporteur.
