Strasbourg votes: Results of votes, 11 February 2026
EP Position
The Parliament approved multiple texts and motions at its Strasbourg sitting, endorsing the Commission proposals for a regulation implementing enhanced cooperation on the Ukraine Support Loan for 2026 and 2027 and for amending Regulation (EU) 2024/792 establishing the Ukraine Facility. It also approved a draft Council regulation amending the 2021–2027 MFF, mobilisation of the European Globalisation Adjustment Fund for the Audi Belgium application, an interim report on the association agreement with Andorra and San Marino, a report on EU strategic defence and security partnerships, and motions objecting to several GMO authorisations.
Key Trade Point
The interim report in view of the consent procedure on the agreement establishing an association between the EU and the Principality of Andorra and the Republic of San Marino was adopted as a motion for a resolution by 552 votes in favour, 24 against and 75 abstentions. Several proposed amendments and separate votes related to that interim report were rejected in roll-call votes during its consideration.
