Decision

The European Parliament declared that it has no objections to the Commission delegated regulation C(2024)01499 of 13 March 2024 amending Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/760; the draft decision appears as B9‑0200/2024 and the adopted text as P9_TA(2024)0287, and the Parliament instructed its President to forward the decision to the Council and the Commission.
