Objection to Commission authorisation for GM oilseed rape MON 94100
Decision
The European Parliament adopted a motion for a resolution, tabled by the ENVI Committee, objecting pursuant to Rule 112(2) and (3) to the draft Commission implementing decision D086347/01 authorising the placing on the market of products containing, consisting of or produced from genetically modified oilseed rape MON 94100 (procedure 2023/2537(RSP), document B9-0162/2023); the text was adopted as P9_TA(2023)0063 and the vote required a simple majority. Members responsible were Martin Häusling, Anja Hazekamp, Sirpa Pietikäinen and Günther Sidl.
