Delegated acts (Rule 111(6))
Decision
In accordance with Rule 111(6 the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs informed the President that no objections had been raised to the AGRI Committee’s recommendation to raise no objections to two Commission delegated regulations: C(2024)01488 (2024/2663(DEA), B9-0199/2024) and C(2024)01499 (2024/2677(DEA), B9-0200/2024). The announcement noted that if no objections were raised by a political group or a number of Members reaching at least the low threshold within 24 hours, the recommendations would be deemed approved and any objections would be put to the vote.
What Changes
The first delegated regulation amends Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/126 supplementing Regulation (EU) 2021/2115 as regards the rules on the ratio for the good agricultural and environmental condition (GAEC) standard 1. The second amends Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2020/760 to adjust provisions following the free trade agreement between the European Union and New Zealand and to delete obsolete provisions on the export tariff quota for milk powder.

These changes affect operators and stakeholders in the agricultural sector subject to GAEC standard 1 and those involved in milk powder export quotas and EU–New Zealand trade.
