Certain corporate sustainability reporting and due diligence requirements — Report C10-0037/2025
Decision
The European Parliament adopted the committee report C10-0037/2025 prepared by the Committee on Legal Affairs with rapporteur Jörgen Warborn and approved the Commission proposal and its amendments (P10_TA(2025)0264). A proposal to reject the Commission proposal was rejected and a request to refer the matter back to the committee for interinstitutional negotiations was approved, following a Rule 72(2) vote held on 22 October 2025.

The report concerns a proposal to amend Directives 2006/43/EC, 2013/34/EU, (EU)2022/2464 and (EU)2024/1760 to establish certain corporate sustainability reporting and due diligence requirements.
