How to Use These Sources
For tariff lookups: Use TARIC for EU rates. For Mercosur countries, check national customs authority websites.
For new measures: Monitor official journals (EUR-Lex, Diário Oficial, Boletín Oficial) which publish new regulations as they enter into force.
