VAT: rules for the digital age adopted by Parliament
Decision
The plenary adopted the Committee on Economic and Monetary Affairs report A10-0001/2025 on the draft Council directive amending Directive 2006/112/EC as regards VAT rules for the digital age, with rapporteur Ľudovít Ódor. The Council draft was approved by a single vote and recorded under the adopted text P10_TA(2025)0012, with the vote taken in the Strasbourg sitting on 12 February 2025.
