Parliament objects to GM maize MON 95275 market authorisation
Decision
The European Parliament adopted the ENVI Committee's motion for a resolution in the plenary sitting of 12 February 2025, recorded as P10_TA(2025)0015 and processed under procedure 2024/3011(RSP). The text was adopted by a majority of the votes cast and was tabled by the ENVI Committee with Members responsible Martin Häusling, Biljana Borzan and Anja Hazekamp.

The adopted motion constitutes an objection pursuant to Rule 115(2) and (3) to the draft Commission implementing decision authorising the placing on the market of products containing, consisting of or produced from genetically modified maize MON 95275 pursuant to Regulation (EC) No 1829/2003.
