No objection flagged to amendment of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/530
Decision
In accordance with Rule 114(6), the Chair of the Conference of Committee Chairs informed the President that no objection had been raised to the INTA Committee’s recommendation to raise no objections to the amendment of Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2025/530 (C(2025)03819 - [2025/2766(DEA)]) ([B10-0302/2025]).
What Changes
The recommendation concerned an amendment to the delegated regulation with regard to its date of application and would be deemed approved if no objections were raised within 24 hours by a political group or by a number of Members reaching at least the low threshold. If objections were raised within that period, the recommendation would be put to the vote.
