Decision
The European Parliament adopted a legislative resolution on 10 April 2024 giving its consent to the conclusion of the Agreement in the form of an Exchange of Letters between the EU and the Argentine Republic amending the earlier Exchange of Letters pursuant to Article XXVIII of GATT 1994 (P9_TA(2024)0211; A9-0083/2024). It instructed its President to forward its position to the Council, the Commission and the governments and parliaments of the Member States and of the Argentine Republic.
