Draft implementing measures referred to committees
EP Position
The plenary list shows a number of Commission Regulations forwarded to Parliament under Rule 115 and referred to the committees responsible, predominantly ENVI and ECON, with individual drafts including stated committee opinions from ITRE, IMCO and JURI.
Key Trade Point
