Parliament adopts rules on approval and surveillance of non-road mobile machinery

The European Parliament adopted the report A9-0382/2023 from the Committee on the Internal Market and Consumer Protection, rapporteur Tom Vandenkendelaere, as a provisional agreement and closed its first reading; the text was adopted as P9_TA(2024)0345 by a majority of votes cast.
